Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RestCore application and related services (the “Service”). RestCore is a product of Belmont Capital Group LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of any organization you represent.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful restoration, estimating, claim-documentation, and customer-communication purposes.
• Do not upload content you lack the rights to use, or that violates the privacy or rights of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the job, claim, and documentation content you create. You grant RestCore the limited rights needed to host, process, sync, and display that content to operate the Service, including transmitting relevant content to third-party AI providers to deliver AI features as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of estimates, pricing, and reports you generate and submit.

AI features and no professional advice

AI-assisted output (analysis, pricing guidance, generated documentation, and assistant responses) may contain errors. It is not legal, insurance, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before relying on or submitting it.

Text messaging (SMS)

Where a restoration contractor uses RestCore to contact its customers, RestCore may send text (SMS/MMS) messages about scheduling, appointments, reminders, job status, and links to review or sign documents, including two-way replies. Customers receive these messages only after providing a mobile number and agreeing to be contacted, and consent is not a condition of any purchase. Customers may reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Mobile information will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RestCore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of AI output or the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
