RestCore™ (“RestCore™,” “we,” “us”) provides software for restoration and insurance-claim contractors to document jobs, build contents inventories, produce estimates and reports, communicate with customers, and get AI-assisted help. RestCore™ is a product of Belmont Capital Group LLC. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using RestCore™ you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account and organization data— your name, email, company, and role, used to authenticate you and associate your work with your team.
• Job and claim data you create— photographs, item inventories, room and moisture readings, sketches, notes, voice transcriptions, estimates, and reports. This may include personal information about your customers or insureds (names, addresses, phone numbers, and property and loss details) that you enter or capture.
• Device and usage data— app version and basic diagnostic and sync information needed to operate the service.

How we use your information

• To provide, sync, and back up your jobs, inventories, estimates, and reports.
• To generate AI-assisted analysis, pricing guidance, documentation, and the in-app assistant.
• To send messages and communications you or your contractor request (see Text Messaging below).
• To authenticate users, manage your organization, and support your account.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and operate the service.

We do not sell your personal information. Information entered in the RestCore™ app or web portal, including jobs, customers, claims, photos, and payments, is never used for advertising. Our public website uses the advertising measurement described under Website analytics and advertising below.

Text messaging (SMS)

If your restoration contractor uses RestCore™ to contact you, we may send text (SMS/MMS) messages about scheduling, appointments, inspection and service reminders, job status updates, and links to review or sign estimates and documents, including two-way conversational replies. Messages identify RestCore™ and your contractor.

Consent. You receive these messages only after you provide your mobile number and agree to be contacted, for example when you start a job, complete an intake form, or sign a work authorization. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Opt out and help. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; we will stop sending messages and send one confirmation. Reply HELP for help, or email support@restcore.app. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile information will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.Mobile opt-in data and consent are used only to deliver the messaging described above and are never shared for others’ marketing.

Third-party AI processing

RestCore™ uses third-party artificial-intelligence providers (including Anthropic’s Claude) to deliver its analysis, pricing, documentation, and assistant features. We send only the data needed to perform the requested feature, and only when you use a feature that requires it. Submitted content is processed under the providers’ commercial terms and is not used to train their models.

“Talk to Tony” voice demo

The live demo at restcore.app/try uses your microphone. Your voice is streamed in real time to our speech-recognition, AI, and voice providers so Tony can hear you and answer, and so he can draft a sample job card. We do not record or store the audio. While the demo runs, the sample job card is kept for a few hours so it can be emailed to you if you ask; otherwise it is discarded. Please don’t share names, phone numbers, or addresses during the demo.

If you give us your email (to try another job, or to email yourself the job card), we keep your email address, language, time zone, the page or ad you came from, when you tried the demo, and the last sample job card Tony drafted for you. We use them to send the card and up to three follow-up emails about RestCore™, and we stop those emails when you subscribe, book a call with us, or unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can write to hello@restcore.app and ask us to delete your email and card.

Website analytics and advertising

Our public website, restcore.app, uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use it: which pages and videos are viewed, how far they are watched, and which links are clicked. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects standard technical information such as device, browser, approximate location, and referring page. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any customer, job, claim, or payment information to Google Analytics, and it is not used inside the RestCore™ app or web portal. You can opt out with Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

restcore.app also uses the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure how our advertising on Facebook and Instagram performs: whether someone who saw an ad visited the site, viewed a product page, booked a call, asked for an email from the Tony demo, started checkout, or subscribed. These tools set cookies and may share technical information such as device, browser, IP address, and the pages viewed with Meta. When you subscribe, we may also send Meta a one-way hashed (unreadable) copy of your email address so a subscription can be matched to the ad that led to it. We never send Meta any customer, job, claim, photo, or payment details, and the Meta Pixel is not used inside the RestCore™ app or web portal. You can control ad personalization in your Meta ad preferences, and block these cookies in your browser settings.

Service providers and storage

We use Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage, and SignalWire for voice and SMS delivery. Your data is stored and processed on these providers’ systems on our behalf and is protected by access controls.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete your account at any time from the app. Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), authenticated access, and row-level security. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

RestCore™ is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
